Please ensure you enter the correct delivery address as parcels which are returned to us as undeliverable will incur a re-dispatch/delivery fee. Freight charges paid for the original dispatch are not refundable.
Your order will be delivered by either Australia Post or a Courier. International deliveries may be delivered by post or Courier – options will be given on check out. Larger and more expensive items will be sent Platinum Post or courier and the goods must be signed for. If a signature cannot be obtained at the time of delivery, a calling card will usually be left. Parcels will be held by the delivery service for their maximum hold time. However, should you not respond to their respective calling cards and the parcel is returned to us as unclaimed, further freight charges will be payable for re-dispatch. Freight charges paid for the original dispatch are not refundable.

Due to the personal nature of the products we sell, we unfortunately cannot offerrefunds or returns for any of our products. Any returns for faulty or defective products should be made within 30 days of purchase by contacting us via email, website enquiry form or telephone, . Please replace batteries and recheck the item as the batteries may be faulty, and products found to be working when returned will be sent back to the customer at their expense.
